"I had a guest in town who needed a full set acrylic short 1 color. We were quoted $45. I wanted to be sure when I spoke to the owner and her accent was so heavy she put her client on the phone to verify the appointment time cost and service. When Beverly arrived they tried to 1. Say she had a pedicure and nails 2. Them when clarification happened they tried to sell her Gel foe much more 3. In the end my 20 yr old guest called me put the owner on and said the the fee was now $50! While it was only $5 more my guest felt uncomfortable and no one likes to deal with dishonest people. Shoot the tip was $10 on $45. NEVER again."

"so rude and unprofessional. not to mention the fact that they are absolutely terrible at doing nails. my nails popped off at least 4 times DURING the service and she just continued to dump more nail glue on my nails instead of redoing them. my cuticles weren’t even cleaned during the service . my nail came off a day later and started peeling back from the acrylic. i called them and nicely asked for a refund because it’s ridiculous and they said okay come into the store and when i came in today the lady was so rude and refused to give me a refund after i nicely tried to explain that my nails are unacceptable. she said “we don’t do refunds”. I would leave 0 stars if i could. please don’t get your nails done here. ever."

"Kitty is very loud, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, she does not need to be the customer first interaction in this place of business . I tried to ask questions to a make sure we had time to do the service I wanted and she got loud, jumped up and told me that someone else was do it and walked away. I advised her that I did now want her to rush through my service and she assumed I wanted the basic pedicure and I didn't, she was losing money by not asking. Other guest was shocked and did not agree with her behavior. I could have went somewhere else that would treated me and my daughter better and would be appreciative of my $130. She later tried to be nice cause of course she wanted a tip. I watch her try to rush through another customer services, as well. The salon is nice! I'm a small business owner nearby and I will make sure not to go back and will not suggest this location to anyone. I'm sure the owners and managers will not care about this post because they don't care about the loss of one customer."
