"I was looking for a place closer to home. My first time at this place, and I was very happy with the service and my cut and color. Robert is the owner, he answered the phone and was able to get me in the same day, he offered me water or coffee while I waited. Megan was my stylist, and I was seated 5 minutes after I arrived. I definitely found my new hair gal and will definitely be back. Nice place and the vibe was good!"

"I called this morning to confirm whether or not HEATHER was going to do my hair. The person who answered the phone confirmed the appointment. I called because I DID call and cancel last week because my uncle died, and I canceled one time prior (like a year ago) because I was literally across the street at Centennial Hills Hospital in the ER due to a lupus flare. Both times I called prior to appointment days. I believe I spoke to a man named Robert; he was very nice but he did say that Heather can be difficult to work with at times, but I figured since she knew me or had done my hair SEVERAL times before and we conversed during the many hours I spent on her chair (you’d think she would understand that lupus flares can be deadly), no hair appointment comes before my health! I’ve always been very generous and given her $50 tips! No matter what I spent there. Unfortunately, I was wrong about her; she lacks compassion and empathy! She came out to tell me as I sat here that, per HER policy, she would not do my hair today due to cancellations and that she was “sorry” that I wasted my time and a drive there. She wasn’t sorry, she was being petty. Lol, I have to laugh because she came out all “important” as if she were above everyone else in the hair salon. “I’m so important, so it’s your loss, and I don’t care what your reasons were for your two cancellations.” WOW!! I was polite the whole time. I didn’t entertain her ugly demeanor towards me or what she said. I actually said I understood, and I decided to sit here and write a review. I know the owners; both are very nice! I still suggest this place because not everyone behaves like her. But if you want someone who actually values you as a client, do not use Heather. She doesn’t have children, so there seems to be a lack of understanding, which is odd considering she claimed to have raised her nephew. Her brother’s son who died. That’s how much time I spent on her chair that she shared that with me. I’m a mother, and moms get it; life happens. Nobody cancels appointments without valid reasons. Oh well, I was told by the owner that anyone else could and would do my hair. How awkward for her, though, to have acted the way she did and still have me be kind. I love God, and I won’t let anyone else’s lack of empathy and behavior change me."

"Having a bad haircut is one thing but to top it off with terrible customer service, is disgusting. My nephew came in to get a trim and it was OBVIOUS that his haircut was not good or what we asked for what so ever, he started crying because of how bad it looked, and the only thing that they had to say was "awww what's wrong".... Clearly his hair was messed up so much there was NO fixing it. The reception lady was SO RUDE, didn't even ask how everything was, NO APOLOGY or remorse, nor said a word besides, "ok your good" without even asking if I wanted a receipt. I asked her if I needed to sign because I used my credit card and she said nope your good... without even a bye or thanks for coming in, my nephew embarrassingly walked out with his head down.... Pictures will speak for it self, CLEARLY you can see the BEFORE the hair was cut WAY too short... DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY SERVICE, GOOD CUSTOMER COMPASSION AND CARE. vibe was very off, and no smiles at all..."
