"Very unhappy with this nail salon. I got a mani and pedi. The next day a nail broke right off when I was locking my door. I went in to the same lady (who I had tipped well) and she charged me $5 to fix it even though it was within 24 hours. Within the week half the nails were painfully lifting. The tips were sized wrong and she rushed the prep process. Even my pedicure, which looked good initially, did not last nearly as long as it normally does. Sad this place didn’t work as I live so close by and annoyed I spent $100 on something that didn’t last a day and I had to take completely off less than a week later due to pain and fear of my nails ripping off. There are much better nail salons in Vegas. This one is poor quality and customer service."

"This is the first time I’ve ever had a fill on acrylics so I didn’t know what to expect. When I had my nails put on this lady was so nice and friendly and talkative. When I went for my fill she was very unfriendly. My assumption is maybe they get commission based on the amount of services they sell that day. Cause she was not happy that I wanted fills with only clear polish. She filled my nails within 20 mins. Because it was my first time I didn’t know why they looked so bad until I started googling it. I even tried painting them myself to cover them up. She didn’t bother to pull up or take off any of the lifted nails, which leaves you with a red ring I have this on every nail. I had a crack on one nail which she didn’t bother fixing. I’ve been here before this, they did a fine job. But this particular lady, her name is Hope, does not."
