"Went as a walk in and someone was available immediately. Asked for a gel manicure. It was by far the fastest manicure I’ve ever had, only 25 minutes if that. She barely touched my cuticles and you can see the brush strokes of not enough top coat in certain lighting, and I can definitely feel it."

"Worst experience ever! I have been coming here for a while. I tried different technicians until I found the one I liked the most. Sometimes I did walk ins and I was okay if she was busy, but my nails started cracking or breaking if someone else did them. So I came today just to do my manicure since I came last week, and she was available. I even told her how happy I was she was not busy today. All of a sudden when my nails were put in alcohol and about 20 minutes since we started, she started doing another lady’s pedicure. I expressed my disappointment to the owner and she just said another lady was coming to do my nails (btw, this other lady was also doing pedicure). I was really upset at this point. I understand they are busy but you don’t make me waste time and change the technician when I am a regular costumer. So I asked them to remove the alcohol and left. If you don’t want to be disrespected, don’t come here. There’s only one or two good technicians and that’s it. It’ not worth your time, money and tips."
