"Started getting my nails done here shortly after they opened a couple of years ago. The first time I went, I had my disabled son with me and the man doing my nails made multiple jokes about his appearance and bone defects. I did not respond, and chalked it up to a language barrier. I have over-looked their refusal to allow me to request any specific nail technician, simply due to their willingness to work with my schedule and take me on occasional walk-in and/or last minute appointments. As I have come in for more services, I have noticed that they also refuse to allow me to have certain nail length/shapes, colors, etc...citing "that not look good" as their reasoning. I am sorry; but if you have no formal education, and are going to charge big city prices in a VERY small town, and it is ME paying YOU for your services. GIVE ME WHAT I ASK FOR. Otherwise, outright refuse the ENTIRE service as is your right as a business owner and get on with it. Today, was the nail in the coffin for me though. I texted, asking for an appointment for a full set. I was given an appointment time, and asked for my name. As soon as I received the message; I responded with my name and also requested a pedicure, but made it very clear that I respected their time and was completely understanding if they did not have the availability in their schedule for both services. QUITE SOME TIME LATER I received a reply that I waited too long, and that they had given my appointment to someone else. After explaining and assuring that I had in-fact responded immediately to their message, and that maybe the storm (we were on day 3 or 4 of a storm) had delayed the receipt of my message-they refused to respond. After informing them I could no longer keep quiet about their inconsistent and sometimes downright poor service, they offered me an appointment for the next day. Please save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go ANYWHERE else in town."

"If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. My family has been going to this salon FOREVER and used to be great friends with Alex the owner and today was a completely different story. The audacity that Alex had today blew me away. My grandma in particular was a very loyal customer to the salon, and she had recently passed. I had given my aunt Money to get her nails done today she went there thinking she was able to trust these people in the salon like she used to. To start her experience, Bruce, the man doing her pedicure Was incredibly aggressive just throwing her feet around as if she’s a prop and not a person on top of that did the wrong color on her toes Moving back to Alex he did her nails and was asking her if she wanted to switch up the shape and she asked if it cost more money he said yes and she said well then no I can’t afford that right now And as if he has to speak on my dead grandmother he says “well, your mom passed and she left you a lot of money so you have a lot of money, right why are you worried about Money“ My grandma’s husband who is still alive has all the money it’s in a trust so the rest of the family doesn’t see any of that money until he passes And then that man continues to paint her nails, the color as well, even though she tried to correct him before they even got started. Anybody who has been in a professional setting would realize how unprofessional those men were being today It safe to say my family and I will never be stepping foot into that salon ever again. They literally had my aunt almost in tears By the end of that experience. I will never recommend the salon to anybody ride along with unprofessionalism. They also seem to be very unskilled, in what they do."

"My daughter went here, and she came home with most amazing raves! But she just moved here left everything. And what she raved also about was the freedom to share Christ! She has been looking for a church. We will be attending Trinity. She left feeling so pampered and her soul refreshed! Don’t ever change!"

"I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re someone who likes to have fun nails. All I asked was for a full set. I wanted them to be all stilettos and one finger on both hands to be coffin tip. The guy was weirded out by it cuz it was very specific so he said. which would of been red flag #1 Then he’s cutting the shape of the stilettos And then RIPS THE ENDS OFF ripping the natural nail with it. So now my natural nail on my thumb is agitated and is snagging on EVERYTHING! Also there’s spots where he could of painted my nails better. I don’t understand taking peoples money and not doing a good job. If you don’t feel comfortable providing someone with a certain kind of service, don’t take their money."

"Worst service i’ve ever had. I’m here visiting family and i was looking for a place to get my acrylics off. It was two techs servicing 4 people at a time, with 2 in the waiting area, so i understand that they’d be in a rush. but when he went to take off my acrylics, he took a nail tip extension and shoved it under my acrylic to rip them off each nail. i was visibly in pain and he just kept going. then he barely filed them and trimmed each nail and then sent me on my way with my newly ripped apart nails and $10 poorer. i could’ve done this better at home."
