And hours of attacks on me, and I’m just an employee she has number for one responsible for bill. Says I begged for the work lol I did not. I don’t beg anyone for anything. Funny thing is I know terry for many years I’m sorry this woman reflects his businesss. I see I’m not only one who feels this way about her."

"Recently we had to replace our on demand water heater and relocated the unit inside the garage. All this happening during the covid stay at home order. Terry was most helpful, reasonable, efficient with his time, and did not gouge as 3 other plumbing companies did in their bids ($2,000 - $4000 higher in labor alone--same unit, this was just for labor!) We are pleased with the result. His office was pleasant to work with, kept us updated on scheduling, purchasing supplies, showed up as promised, payment was easy at the end--no up front charges. We will use Terry's Apollo Plumbing for our future needs."

"Terry was great! He was able to come to our place with only a days notice. He scoped (camera) our pipes to find a break, helped us find a buried clean out in the front yard and cleared roots from our front line. He also had time to check our furnace and clean the burners. "I have had a couple interactions so far with Apollo and have been rating about a 3, mainly because of issues with scheduling with them. Service and price was OK. After having acceptable service, I scheduled additional work - a furnace cleaning. They scheduled me a date/time. The date/time came and went but I did receive a call about needing to reschedule for the next day, so we did. The next day came and went. No call. The following day came and went. No call. I called them and asked the status. I was told they are busy but I was on the list and not sure why Terry never came by. So I asked what to do and was told "we're booked". Being confused I asked what that meant and if I should find another company and was told "we can schedule you for the end of next week", which caught me off guard since I thought I was already scheduled, and then was told "or you can find someone else. Good luck." With that I had to leave this review so others could be aware of scheduling issues with Apollo Plumbing and to be prepared if you choose to use them."
