"We arrived at about 4 PM, and wanted to choose the 4 hour, $6 option for four hours, as posted on the sign. When we went to the machine to pay, there was no four hour option for $6 as was indicated on the sign. The minimum payment was $12, and when we went to ask the attendant about it, he was a bit rude/snappy/short and said I “must be misunderstanding the sign. $12 is the minimum.” We went elsewhere to look for parking, but ended up returning because there were no other options nearby. We noticed when we entered again, that the attendant had clearly taped a hand written sign over the prices as, you will see in the photo. I really wish I would’ve taken a picture before we left the first time. I also wish the attendant hadn’t been so rude. Poor customer service."

"I tried to buy an afternoon only pass for $12. The machine charged me $55 for a 24 hour pass. I pressed “cancel” and the machine said “approved” and charged me. I tried to go get a refund and no one was there to help. Be aware of this and please help if you can."
