The customer service at this location is top notch and nothing but the best!"

"Missing equipment that I was not refunded for. Charged an extra $40 with no explanation. Took over an hour for three different people to check in the vehicle I returned. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy."

"We were on time to p/u. The truck had 18 miles left in fuel. When I made the reservation I was told that insurance was going to be 5 bucks a day. I get to the SS Uhaul and they want to charge appx $150 for insurance for 2 days. Heather was our rep. Im getting sparky, not snarky and Brian who is an employee looks at me and says 'WoW' like I was asking for the moon. I just want what was told to me. We load the truck... Do a walk around and one of the duelly's is flat. Call roadside assistance speak with Brittney, she sends someone out. All the other tires were not up to pressure. Go figure. So, Brittney gave a few more days at no charge. We drop off the truck last Sunday, of course they cannot give the discount for the lack of gas or for the $40 cust service discount. Checked my bank account... guess what? 95.00 charge! Get on the phone with Spanish Springs facility.... I don't work for uhaul! How am I supposed to know who to call? The woman I spoke with was rude as hell. I call roadside assistance to inquire about the 95.00 charge and was told... It looks like a charge, but it's really a refund. I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday! I asked for someone to speak to in MGMT, she said they would get back to me in 72 hours. No call, no text and that was 5 days ago."

"I have to say that i had a wonderful experience Marissa helped us she was the best made us feel very welcome didn't feel like I was renting equipment but borrowing something from a friend 10 out of 10 I would recommend if you do come in ask for Marissa thank you so much for helping me today"

"Although your location is great and new the truck I rented was old and the brakes were squeaky and weak. The overdrive disengage button didn’t work. The whole truck rattled badly. I was happy to have the truck to move but wish it had been better maintained. The ride was not smooth like in other uhaul trucks I been in."
