"Horrible first experience. I got there and 3 younger men came out and did not say ONE word to me. Note that it was my first time there and i don’t know how to do smog checks. i got off my car and locked it and was making my way inside when those 3 younger men walk to my car and try to open it… ? I was like “oh sorry i don’t know what to do here” and one boy was like “no worries can i get your keys”. i gave it to him and they proceeded to do everything but did not talk to me whatsoever. I was so confused and lost. they finished and i payed and that was it. No conversation or any reassurance. Such a horrible first experience omg horrible horrible customer experience."

"I pulled up to the establishment I have never had a problem at before. Not only did they belittle me but they turned me away without even an explanation. The older white male said, "Sorry you're not smart enough to figure out where to park." The younger male whom I was told was called Alex, didn't say anything to me and let me sit in a parking space while I patiently waited and saw him take another car that had been waiting behind me. This treatment by a known establishment is ridiculous! Talk about trashy people. They were closing at 4pm I arrived at 3:30pm I wonder if that had something to do with it?"
