"Great service all around. All the staff is very kind, patient, and understanding. Been going almost 3 years for orthodontic work and have always been treated well. Any questions are always answered in depth and they also have multiple Spanish speakers. Staff is always making sure you're comfortable during your visit and often asks if you feel any discomfort. The atmosphere is very lively and bright and keeps everyone in a good mood all throughout the appointment. Receptionists are also accommodating when it comes to appointment scheduling and rescheduling."

"The dentist was great and did a good job. his help, however, was very unsanitary. Dropped a ball on the ground, picked it up with her shoe and gave it to my son. Only when I said something did she decide to clean it off. The owner basically told me oh well after her employee admitted what she did! Very unsanitary for a dental office. I wish i could post video here."

"The third time I had to wait on an hour long wait time was hung up twice by their dental practice and they have very adamantly wanted me to do a consultation for viewing my teeth but would ignore the fact that I asked for a teeth cleaning while it may be important to view your teeth I don’t believe it is integral to withhold making a separate appointment especially if your waiting period between visits is stringently long and was even told to wait a month for a simple consultation not even the cleaning for a viewing of my teeth. They should very much reflect on how to better serve the public as they are a health service."

"There is an increasing number of shopping mall dentists that base their business on false advertising and up selling. This is one of them. They advertised $69 cleaning, exam, and x-rays, however, after you book they tell you it's not guaranteed. They want you in the chair, so they can tell you what all is wrong with you with a price tag next to it. They were adamant I came in and then they would tell me about cleaning ... maybe. Not the $69 dollar version. Stay clear!"

"Rude staff, including a 'dentist' who stigmatized me for dental issues resultant from a botched partial hysterectomy. The only person who was humane was the hygienist. Your staff also failed to process, not only MY insurance, but that of two other patients and demanded money out of pocket. That's called 'insurance fraud'. Your company failed to disclose the process and intentionally let me think I would be having an emergency tooth extraction. And if that wasn't enough, Dr. Trung Vu didn't even ask if I needed a second prescription for an anti-fungal because antibiotics cause yeast infections. Thankfully I have an excellent PCP because I will NEVER RETURN to that office."
