"Dr Kulesa is a good dentist. He's kind and patient and really good at giving shots. All of the work that he's done on my teeth has held up. His receptionist (Angie) is where things get bad. She's a liar. She lied to me about what was covered with Access to Healthcare (a discount dental plan). She told me that I needed $8000 worth of work done on my teeth. The reality is that I needed about $4000 worth of work done. She also lied to me about a fee appointment cancellation fee. She seems to have a chip on her shoulder. Beware of anything that she tells. you. People deserve to to treated with respect a clearly this is not something that Angie is capable of."

"Doctor is ok, but his "old blonde-receptionists" is very rude, like she runs the place. Very fast at charging your insurance, $$$ seems like All she cares for is your-money!) if your insurance delays, or for whatever reason miss a single payment, they won't care, (receptionist) will call you, send you drastic- letters, over a few insurance delays. Payed ridiculous amounts and will never go back."

"The best dentist I have ever been to didn't feel the needle and they take care of u they will get all of my business no bs I highly recommend this dentist over absolute or bright now or western dental they don't rob u absolute told me I need three root canals Jon told me I only need one and some cavities so that right there already tells me those other places are just out for ur money"

"I had been seeing Dr. Smith (Dr. Kulesa) took over. Went to this practice for over 20 years. During that time the front desk (Tammy) got cancer. She would tell us when insurance ran out. I take responsibility for not knowing we had used up our benefit. My husband received a bill for a little over a 1000. We began making payments. My husband was laid off his job and I had just had a baby (neither one of us was working) but still sent in payments. They called us and told us our payments weren’t enough. I explained I intended to pay back quicker with higher payment amounts when I went back to work. They sent us to collections. And sent back my payments. I will never recommend them to anyone."

He is so wonderful and skilled at the art of dentistry with an amazing staff by his side! He even came in during his vacation to help me during an emergency!
