"Both of my kids were patients of The Smile shop for a couple of years. The Hygienists are wonderful with kids. However, every time I went to the dentist, my son had more cavities. The last time I went, they wanted to fill 4 cavities and re-do two they had previously filled. I wasn't comfortable with the recommendation and later that day called to tell them I wanted to wait. At that time, I asked about future cleaning appointments and was told that they would not schedule future cleanings if I didn't agree to the cavity treatment for either of my kids. I told them I wanted a second opinion and asked for a copy of the xrays. Two days later, I received a letter cancelling me as a patient. So apparently, if you have the gall to seek out a second opinion, they won't work with you anymore. Beware of unethical behavior such as this."
