"We bought a new 2023 Springdale 256RD here back in June, the unit was manufactured in March 2023, and we went to trade it in for a toy hauler that we need to haul our new RZR in, and they wanted to give us $18,000 less for what we owed on it, a camper that is not even a year old! We went next-door to Michael Hohl RV, and got fair trade value for our camper and traded it in on a toy hauler that we got a wonderful deal on. Their loss. They just like to screw customers over here. They were not even giving us fair trade value for our new camper that we just got that we did a lot of nice upgrades on. They won’t have our business ever again."
