"I recently appraised the front office (Maria) for being so helpful and knowledgeable for spending a full hour verifying our insurance coverage and fixing our account. 6 months later we are notified that they do not take our insurance! I asked for a discount since I feel this was not our error and still have not heard back from them. The staff is still great, despite this situation! Cash discount would be helpful."

"Our kids love coming to the dentist here. I enjoy this practice as an adult as it is similar to the dentist I had in the Midwest for many years. The staff here are kind and thorough and keep the child and parents involved. The 2 minor issues I have had were resolved promptly and efficiently. I have even provided feedback and I felt heard. Great customer service and great experience. The "new" location is nice and a smidge closer when I drive there. Happy customers here!"

"Unfortunately we will no longer be going to this office. After 10yrs, my kid has had her last and final appointment. All new staff and dentists. They are not very friendly. No longer care to build a relationship with the kids. They hardly spoke two words to me. We were left in an exam room for 30 min without anyone coming to give us an update. I had to leave to go find someone. The staff has “lost” our appointments and we don’t find out until we arrive for the appointment just to be told they can’t see her. Then what finally did it is that we had her cleaning scheduled for next week and I called to reschedule it. I was first on hold for 10 minutes. Disconnected on while on hold, and then back on hold for 5 more minutes after calling back. When I finally got to the receptionist, she immediately got an attitude when I told her the reason for the call. “Well just so you know we are very busy. We have no appointments for the remainder of the year.” I cancelled all together at that point. It’s really sad because this use to be such a friendly and welcoming place."
