"The doctors may be great and look to have great reviews. However, the form desk person who is in charge of everything, as she explained was less than professional. I received a call a day prior to my visit stating that I would owe between $260 and $700 for treat to be pay that day. I am okay with this but calling the day before. It seems that this would have been mentioned before the appoint was made. Yes, I expected to pay something, but what got me was the $260 CT Scan, which is not covered by my insurance and I had a scan by my doctor for the same issue and why can it not be sent over to them? I understand they have their reason, but without logic, it makes no sense to me. The kicker is that my questions led to the front desk person "in charge of everything" say, "you can cancel so we can get a better people in pain in your spot." So I let a "better" person have my spot. Notice the response. Not a response to my challenge with them. No responsibility. My message is the same as others mentioned about their front desk personnel. They have now deleted it."
