"AVOID. After going to this dentist for years my regular dentist left and the place got new management. When I scheduled an appointment they didn't mention my dentist left and scheduled me with Pain without giving me a heads up. After years of being able to make payments I was now forced to pay off everything up front which was fine. After Pane belittled me and made me feel like complete worthlessness because I didn't have the income or insurance to completely fix my teeth I was able to schedule an appointment to fix a few teeth I felt were the most important that I could afford. I was told time and time again I needed the entire 1.7k up front if I wanted to get the work done. That appointment and the few prior they would not see me unless I had the entire amount needed to pay off the appointment and they made sure to REMIND me ALOT. When I went to that appointment they mention their computers were down but I proceeded to pay the entire 1.7k to get the work done, and again they would of never worked on me if I didn't. Suddenly months later they claim I owe 800 dollars which didn't make sense to me as they wouldnt let me owe money in the first place. I did and have the money to pay off the 800 dollars but I refused because I KNOW they would never let me owe money, so I will not pay something I do not owe. After talking to them they even knew I should have never owed money, and couldn't explain why I did. After being sent to collections I was given a invoice to see where I owed money. It seems they claim I only paid half of the 1.7k even though I know I paid the entire thing. AGAIN they would of never let me get the work done if I didn't. This place always made me feeling worthless for not being able to afford consistent appointments, and ended up sending me to collections for something they even acknowledged I could of never owed. Avoid this place."
