"Wonderful experience!! My daughter needed some baby teeth removed quickly and everyone knows how intimidating that can be for a ten year old that's never been numbed up. Not only did they get her in and taken care of right away, she came out smiling and excited for her next visit! "Both of my kids were patients of The Smile shop for a couple of years. The Hygienists are wonderful with kids. However, every time I went to the dentist, my son had more cavities. The last time I went, they wanted to fill 4 cavities and re-do two they had previously filled. I wasn't comfortable with the recommendation and later that day called to tell them I wanted to wait. At that time, I asked about future cleaning appointments and was told that they would not schedule future cleanings if I didn't agree to the cavity treatment for either of my kids. I told them I wanted a second opinion and asked for a copy of the xrays. Two days later, I received a letter cancelling me as a patient. So apparently, if you have the gall to seek out a second opinion, they won't work with you anymore. Beware of unethical behavior such as this."
