"Very disorganized operation. They cancelled my son's appointment in February. Now in March they call us a few days ahead of the appointment, claiming the insurance is not active. I called insurance, and it's active, and passed along the message that they should contact the insurer to confirm benefits. Two days calling, and they never returned calls with status as promised, and they continue to claim insurance is inactive. I offered to talk to their insurance verification people and was not connected or contacted, and they showed no interest in working with me to resolve the error. Had to cancel the appointment to avoid having to improperly pay cash. No apologies or empathy were shown. Thumbs down on customer service."

"Pros: almost all friendly staff, incredibly approachable & friendly dentist, movie on in the waiting room, quick process between arrival and departure Cons: at least one not friendly staff member, and when working with kids- is incredibly unwelcoming, small waiting room My two kids & I almost always love coming here, I would give 5 stars if patients weren't forced to stand during busy hours, and if the dental assistant who serviced my eldest at their last appointment wasn't so short with my kid for no reason. The assistant who serviced my youngest was an absolute delight, fun, talkative (calms kids down because it distracts them), informative, and wonderful!"

"I had a really great experience here. My 5 year old needed oral surgery & the dentist, staff and anesthesia Dr made him and I very comfortable for his first time doing all this. I do wish communication was a smidge better, I felt really unprepared & didn't really know the details other than he had surgery planned up until the moment of surgery (then they did really great at explaining every step to me) but overall the dentist and the staff were really amazing. Answered all my questions, made us feel comfortable & really looked out for everyone's safety and general comfort. Thank you for a great experience!"
