"I've been going to Dr Palermo for years after leaving my childhood dentist. He's the best! I don't believe the person on here with the two star review. Dr Palermo is not like that. I've never been treated with nothing but the utmost professional manner from him and his staff. You can't please everyone obviously. But he's a 5 star dentist as far as I'm concerned and other people feel the same!"
"I have been a patient of Dr. Palermo since I moved to Reno in 1987. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Although Dr P recommended orthodontia to me for years, he never pushed me, and I finally did it when it was absolutely necessary. Under his care my teeth and gums have been very healthy. Once I went to another dentist via my health insurance and he was AWFUL (even his staff admitted it to me when I complained). But the one true thing he told me was to keep doing whatever I had been doing because my teeth and gums looked great--so I hurried back to Dr P."
