"I was referred to this salon from my former salon, Twisted Scizzors, when I called inquiring about a (foreign) lash extension fill. Receptionist informed me that foreign fills are a taboo in the industry right now, as it's unknown what products a previous technician used, but was still able to accommodate me and I was grateful that they were able to book me an appointment that worked around my schedule! :) I came with what was left from my previous lash extension "full set" of 2 weeks prior from the Lash Lounge at the Summit mall, which I was highly disappointed with the service and quality and lashes I received there. The lash tech there was rough, impatient and left me with burning eyes that lasted a few days. Not to mention extremely overpriced for poor quality. Here, Jessi was friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to give me a beautiful set that was much fuller and flawless than my disappointing previous set. It was supposed to just be a fill, but resulted in more of a full set than my initial "full set", from a place that is supposed to specialize in this esthetic. It takes a lot of time, skill and patience to apply lashes and Jessi is so great at what she does! She also did a few treatments that the previous salon failed to do and even informed me that some of my lashes were previously glued together :(. This salon is clean and I was charged reasonably for much better service. I would highly recommend Jessi if you're looking for a quality lash technician in the area!"
