"Not happy with this place, specifically Tracy. I got a fill Friday and 4 days later all but 3 nails fell off. All of their nails lift and are not upto par. I paid $45 for a fill, when their book says $20 for a fill. And 4 days later had to pay another $40 to get a new set, when I shouldn’t have had to pay anything, they messed up. They should have made it right! I’ve never been to a nail place and got treated as if it were my fault for their lack of good work. I will be writing a formal complaint. I will do what I have to do until they make this right!!! shame on you."

"I've been looking for a new nail place for a while. I tried Tracy's on a recommendation, and I haven't been disappointed. Be specific about what you want. I generally opt for straight color, but I know she does designs as well. Price is good - comparable to others in the area."
