"I have been a patient at Dr. Banks practice for several years. I highly recommend this office for excellent dental work at a reasonable price. The quality of the Dentists and their staff is outstanding. I like when Dr. Banks explains the procedures and the expected results. I have had a couple of crowns replaced and I am extremely satisfied with the work. Both Dentists are attentive and straightforward in their chairside manner. They also have assistants who are fluent in Spanish. Many of my co-workers have selected this office as their preferred dental provider. Their hours are helpful since you can ask for an early appointment. Dr. Banks also came to the office after hours when I had a dental emergency and was able to relieve my excruciating pain. If you have ever had an experience with severe dental pain, you know what a relief it can be to reduce or remove it. If you want an appointment with an honest, trustworthy dental practice, chose this practice because it so clean, well-organized and the people are exceptional. They use state of the art equipment too. It is amazing!"

"I've been a patient here since Dr. Mays was the primary DDS; with extreme phobia and PTSD related to dental work prior, I didn't think I could ever find a better dentist than Mays. However, since his predecessor Dr. Banks took over, he has exceeded all expectations: Dr. Banks is incredibly patient, compassionate, kind, and unbelievably skilled in his trade. "Dr Banks and staff are awesome! I arrived for my appointment super stressed and nervous. The girls were all giggling and happy. It really put me at ease. Dr. Banks and his super cool assistant (i wish i remembered her name) were awesome. Very gentle. Kept me in the loop with what was happening the whole way. The results speak for themselves! "I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dr Banks and his staff. I moved to Novato from Seattle so I did some research and he was right near me. I first went for cleanings and then advised that I had always wanted to do Invisalign. I had years of having crooked teeth and only getting worse. I just didn't feel like I could do anything since I was now in my 40's and the thought of getting "braces" felt so odd. Not only did Dr Banks set me at ease but he then explained EVERY step of the process with detail and what I was to expect and how to make the most of my Invisalign. He explained that he too had done them so he knew from experience what I was going through. I was told by one of the hygienists that I was one of their "longest" cases. (Over 1 year) I knew I would be. Which is why I always had a trepidation of doing anything at all. I'm here to tell you. PLEASE don't hesitate. Just start it and do it here. You will have ZERO regrets. My time with them was always greeted with kindness, empathy and grace. I have since moved twice and each time further away. I will keep them as my Dentist office no matter where I live! The day I arrived for my last invisalign (you can imagine my joy) which btw, my time was shortened by about 1 month because I worked so closely with Dr Banks to show him proof that I was committed to the process and that I was wearing them as recommended. He took pictures on my last day and I had never been so proud to smile! EVER! It was just such a joy for the whole process. I will never go anywhere else. They have won my loyalty and my business!
