"(Rating is for the store, not Dainese) After the zipper split on my boots after 5 months, and getting no response from Dainese online, (warranty is usually handled through third parties when purchased online), Chris from the Vegas store stepped in, and took care of me. Customer service from his end was leaps and bounds over the Dainese site, which finally contacted me 4 weeks after my original message to them. While I did finally receive a new pair of boots about 7 weeks later, (and deeply appreciate Chris' professionalism... It'll be my last pair of $200 Italian boots."
