"Absolutely terrible place their old fashion. The doctor doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s all talk they give you the prescriptions in paper still they can’t send a prescription to any pharmacy. they did a root canal on me that did not work I’ve gone back twice because of root canal I still have pain on this tooth and all they do is give you more antibiotics. Do not go there. You will regret it. This want to be dentist might’ve been good long ago, but he’s past his prime he’s doing things in the past. He is no good.stay away!!!!"

"Had two terrible experiences here - the first for my consultation and the second for my wisdom teeth extraction. Had the Dr. asked me during my consultation for this procedure, he would have known how I feel about dental work, especially tooth extraction (which is extremely anxious). Instead, he spent the entire consultation being rude to his assistants in front of me, and cutting me off and not letting me ask questions about the procedure. I requested nitrous at least a week before my extraction (the receptionist said I could have waited until day of, even) due to the building nervousness. I live an hour away so of course, I had a driver with me. Showed up, again, the Dr. was rude to his staff in front of me, and they didn't have a part that they needed because according to him, "someone threw it away," to which I get concerned that a medical office doesn't carry at least TWO vital parts needed to operate certain equipment?? At this point I am in no way feeling taken care of by him or his staff, and his patient care is terrible, only saying things to try to make himself look better in the situation rather than comforting me. I ended up taking some pill that would cause me to calm down (it didn't) and would cause me to not remember anything from my day (an option I didn't want, and again, didn't work as I remembered everything.) I was clearly distraught and the front desk lady was very rude, scoffing at me to "look up the pill on your phone." I was not refunded for the nitrous, either. Oh, and right before my procedure, the Dr. said his front desk lady was "an idiot" for telling me apparently wrong information. So unprofessional from start to finish ... the worst dental experience I've ever gone through. Dr. James needs to learn patient care again and he needs to cultivate a more caring environment."

"My dentist I had for a long time retired and I had to find a new dentist and one that was with my Aetna Medicare. I went to Dr. James as he had 5 stars and I was not disappointed. The entire staff is amazing and caring. I felt like I had always been there. About 6 months later I got a terrible tooth ache and I called Dr. James office and they all listened and then Dr. James came on the phone and talked to me like I just saw him earlier that day. He reminded me about a root I had a problem with and got me a prescription and gave me phone number for an oral surgeon. I have never been treated so kindly and with such knowledge of my mouth ever before. I am so glad I found Dr. James. He is caring and always tells me exactly what I need to hear. Also the hygienist are the best I have ever had."

"This review is a long time coming. Dr. James removed all four of my wisdom teeth. The process was smooth. He did the best getting me comfortable and getting the job done super fast! For recovery I had a zero swelling and I only had to take over-the-counter ibuprofen for the pain. I highly recommend him!! He also has the nicest staff and a great hygienist."

He was very gently, kind and gave you a detailed explanation of his exams and recommended next steps to keep your teeth and gums healthy. His hygienist was also excellent.
