"Dr. Choi and his staff are just phenomenal. He’s helped me so much and takes time to talk with his patients to make sure all questions are answered. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. He truly cares for his patients and so does everyone in that office. It’s one of few places in Reno where all the staff are nice and gives you peace of mind going into a dental appointment or a procedure. Definitely recommend him this office."

"At Healthy Smiles, I needed a root canal every 6 months. When Dr. Choi said I'd need a third one, I heard him tell the patient in the next room they'd need a root canal, too. I decided to get a second opinion, and I did not need a root canal on that tooth. The tooth is still fine almost a decade later. My current dentist is not concerned about it whatsoever. They do great work and are gentle, but I would not trust them."

"Getting them to use my insurance was like pulling teeth *ba dum tss*. I'd been to them twice before, but Donna (who made sure to tell me she's been doing this for XX years) insisted she'd never seen my insurance. After lots of back and forth with her and my insurance, I was told I was covered... only to receive a bill dated 2 weeks after that last call. I called to check on the bill they sent me (weird move, I know) and Donna told me they'd received a check from my insurance and hung up on me. So I'm just writing this to let Donna know, it's okay if you hate me for making your job a little annoying "

"Looking for a new dentist now. First appointment went well, no complaints. Upon leaving, they said they were so busy I had to wait 8 months until my next appointment. Supposed to be 6 month. Thought that was weird but ok. Today, 2 months later, I get a call to reschedule my March appointment to June. Weird again. But I am concerned that this office is ok with me going almost 1 year in between appointments. I don’t feel comfortable with that. If they are so busy, they shouldn’t have accepted any new patients. I understand scheduling conflicts but not trying to at least get me something earlier is putting my health in jeopardy."
