"Went here for a mid ski trip pedicure and was not disappointed, the foot and leg massage was a 12/10. Just what our tired feet needed. I just got a basic gel polish on my toes but it looks beautiful. Definitely would recommend for a pedicure."

"This weekend my partner and I decided to pumper ourselves with a Manicure and Pedicure, and we saw this place with 4.4 stars so we give it a chance, first time here, and first time visiting and last time for obvious reasons. We got two manicures and two pedicures which the main job and cute nails, and have paint them with clear polished nails. Easy job, but unfortunately after 3-4 days this polish started to falling off, and I started to notice my nails peeling off so much that it really was so disappointing (Not my first time doing a manicure and pedicure) I try to call and the manager wasn’t apologetic or not was he trying to solve this situation, he referred his business as “Out side food, street vendor that if you buy it and don’t like it it’s your luck” I’m beyond disappointed to try to pumpers myself and look good with a $150 mani & pedi that after 3 days the pain is pealing off my nails. A lesson for me and you all, honestly go to other place, don’t go here. It paints me to say this, the staff was nice but their products are not good. I honestly haven’t been so dissatisfied with this purchase $150 out to the trash. Who throws many away, not me. I hope this finds it helpful and you make a better choice than I did! To the owner of this place, you are offering a hospitality services not a street food vendor service. I’m not sure where you go for your food, but here in California if you good isn’t good you return it, common sense. Have more courtesy next time, if you understand what courtesy means."

"My wife and I visited perfectly polished nails and spa today and it was a decent experience. Perfect Polished is lockstep in South Lake Tahoe on the California side and is a part of the largest commercial business structure that is most famous for the Heavenly Gondola and Lake Tahoe Resort. One of my favorite things about this business is the fact that when you check in on Yelp you’ll a 10% discount on any service. One of the things to mindful of is that the customer service is average to say the least and the quality of the work is only ok. It’s fairly pricey for a manicure and to be unhappy or not elated with the service is a disappointment. Now on the positive side, the inside decor is warm, modern, and inviting. They have a large nail color pallet, which is a plus. Also, with several technicians working, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Lastly, when I asked for specifics to be done to my nails, the technician recommended other services, which is extremely frustrating. If you are in dire need, this place will do. If not, I’d wait to visit your regular shop."
