"Blue Water Dental is a great dentist office. From the reception desk, to hygienist, to dentist it's all done right. The people at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. My hygienist is the BEST, she's so sweet and gentle on my teeth and very informative. My dentist is great too, very nice, professional, and gets me in and out. The only thing I would change is the location because it's far away from my house; they are worth the drive though!"

"This is only my second visit to this dental practice. I needed to have an old filling replaced today. The staff are all very nice, and the facilities are modern and clean. After I had returned home from getting my tooth restored, and the anesthetic had worn off, I tried to run some floss between the contacts of the restored tooth and the one adjacent. I could not work with any floss in this contact space. I also noticed that the gold crown on the adjoining tooth had a very rough edge, that was smooth before my procedure. I phoned the dental office and was able to get another appointment that same day. The technician was able to adjust the contact point between the newly restored tooth and the one adjacent to it, so that I could floss between them again. She also polished off the rough edge of the adjoining crown, where apparently the dentist had nicked with the drill or grinding device. I am happy with their work, but I think they needed to take a bit more time and care to ensure that the resulting work was adjusted properly to use floss again."

He answered questions and calmed my concerns about a new med. my doc will be prescribing for me. Your new remodel is great now that it is finished. It is a calm and serene space as you come in. "Great new DDS I’ve found in Reno!! From the first phone call I made getting my appointment it was such a pleasant experience. Walking in to their office, everyone who greeted me was so nice. The office is very well cared for too! Got me right in at my scheduled time. I loved the dental hygienist to did my initial exam. When I met DDS, he was great too. Highly recommended!!"
