"Remove the clause in your on boarding paperwork stating that you'll give my information to a third party company who will cold call me for sales. Instruct your staff that if they are wearing masks, they need to go over their noses, not just on their chin. Tell the doctor that explaining what she is doing is just as important as doing it, instead of giving instructions, collecting information, and then leaving. This patient would have liked to be included in the conversation about what the next step was. If you're onboarding a patient who is there for a cleaning, give them the cleaning the same day, not just X-rays. Overall, my experience with the doctor's assistant staff was immaculate, and while I hated the conversation I had with the billing/front staff, it was because the conversation was bad, not because the staff was unprofessional or abrasive in any way. Not a great experience, but it could have been worse."
"I needed an Emergency Appointment due to so much pain and, was told to come right on in. I felt genuine care & concern for my wellness from the whole staff. The staff were all so pleasant, considerate & professional. Justin the Office Manager was above & beyond helpful. He called me that very afternoon to make sure I had the Emergency Oral Surgeon referral I needed. Justin was a pleasure to speak to. He made sure I understood everything & displayed genuine care & concern for me. He made sure to get me into see an OS within a few days I am eternally grateful & feel very blessed today. Jason"
"At the time when I set my appointment, this was around like September 2023, and they didn’t have any free spots until February 2024. so from that point on, you know, I had to wait just in order to go get checked out because I finally got my Medicaid and stuff. So me going in as a new patient you know when I got there they asked me what today visit for and I told him I was like well. This is my first time here you know so I was just wanted to get like you know like a oral exam you know in general because it’s I’m a new patient but I also told the dentist assistant reason why I set my appointment up was because at the time like I was feeling Pain Whenever I ate and I felt like the swollen of my gum, like on my teeth and gum, whatever, and the throbbing, so like I wanted to see what we could do about that. The only thing that was done was an x-ray and that was it. You know the doctor came. You know she didn’t talk to me at all. She didn’t really go over my x-rays with me or let me see my x-rays at all. She just jumped in and said oh well we need to do this and this for these teeth if he wants to save it so we had to do a root canal and a crown for those two and then mentioned about like my wisdom tooth being extracted already three of them and then she walked away, and then that was about it. Once again there was no type of new thing like you would do with the check up in general, which is weird and then didn’t even really give me my answers about why I was feeling pain didn’t even try to like give me any type of like antibiotics for them. Then, when I go to the front desk because he said the lady up, there will set everything up. All she told me was to call the number on the back of my Insurance card and they will set me up with the oral surgeon not even trying to explain to me or tell me like what I would need to pay out-of-pocket cause my Medicaid only covers extractions. I wouldn’t recommend that place at all"
"Multiple emails, texts and calls to remind and confirm appointment were overkill. And then front desk person didn’t even understand I had a confirmed appointment when I arrived. Even though I was 10 min early I wasn’t seen until almost 20 min after apt time (~30min after arrival time). Hygienist had horrible bedside manner. Only words that he said to me were, “I’m going to start your cleaning” and then “I’m done, my assistant will do the polish and flossing”. He didn’t give me any info on what he saw or found when cleaning. And turned his back and walked away when I asked about it. Assistant that did polish did very poor job. Barely touched my teeth with the tool. Still had plaque on my teeth after appointment. At the end of apt a dentist never even looked at my teeth. I had zero feedback on the health of my teeth and what was happening inside my mouth. Then I was handed a card with my next appointment day and time. No input from me on what day and time would work. The day and time doesn’t work for me. Why couldn’t I be asked about it before scheduling? I will not return to this place. I am moving to a different dental provider."
"Took 1O months to get an appointment that I thought was routine exam X-rays and cleaning.. took half an hr to go in the back. Did receive antiquated x rays. The dentist was nice, all she did was count my teeth and report if I had fillings.. done. Make an appointment for cleaning.. waited 20 mins to get a cleaning appointment for May 19th.. no thanks. Not going back there."
