"I shopped in this store about 20 minutes and I wasn’t addressed by not one single salesperson. Not even a Hi. All the people around me got helped but I didn’t get any acknowledgment whatsoever. I check out and the cashier is a little passive aggressive and I noticed she gave someone credit for the sale when no one helped me at all. A little disappointed with my experience but I just won’t be back to this location in the future."

"I agree with Mac. The sales manager at this location is the rudest, most condescending individual I've EVER encountered in a retail environment. I bought a purse for my mother (who preferred a Coach purse) after I convinced her that MK was a good purse, the purse unraveled! However, the sales manager wasn't concerned about that raggedy quality of the purse, she wouldn't even research the purchase date. She just spoke to me loudly in a rude tone, that it couldn't be returned and when I attempted to explain that a cashier advised me to speak to a manager due to the circumstances she began reprimanding the associates (who did not make the suggestion) that no purses can be returned if more than a year, regardless. So, evidently MK does not want my business after several past purchases. Wow MK, just wow. But it's all good I went and bought a Coach for my mom."
