"This review is for a month or 2 ago when I rented a bay to work on my game. I’m a 20 HCP. Was suffering from the shanks all of a sudden so wanted to get on a simulator and find out what’s going on. While there the shanks popped their evil head up and one managed to somehow bounce around in the bay and then bounce backwards through the store. One of the workers saw the ball bouncing through the store and told the LPGA pro on site “I think that guy needs some help”. Embarrassing but welcomed. I think her name was Avis or something similar. Anyways, she came over and gave me a free lesson for about 30 minutes. She pointed out the flaw(s) in my swing that I recently developed which have been causing the shanks. No pressure to sign up for lessons from her but I ended up going back to her a couple more times for lessons. She was knowledgeable and helpful. So thanks to the guy who saw I was struggling and to the lady pro for your help. I needed it even though I would have never asked for it."

"Pricing on the website, versus store pricing is inaccurate. Even when shown the website prices for the product in store, they would not price match. Offered no additional assistance for sales items. Very disappointing!"

"Smaller than other Golf Galaxy locations that I have been to which shows in the selection. Wide range of sizes and still found a great top and skirt. The checkout clerk was really friendly when greeting us and checking out. The primary reason for the 2 star review was due to zero customer service on the floor. It may have been our fault going close to closing but the manager informed us they shut down the registers prior to the posted closing time because he wants to be walking out the door at closing time. Just felt rushed and will be shopping at PGA Superstore (right down the street and open later) or online in the future."
