"I went in here a few weeks ago. I was going purchase a cuff earring. The female sales rep helped pick it out. When she took the cuff earring to the back that was it. The only time she came out was to hand me the mobile device to make a profile since I was not in the system. That was it, she left me waiting for 20 mins after that. I kept seeing her walk back and worth the footwear area and going to the back. After 15 to 20 mins I left without the cuff earring. Myself and 3 others were in the store, the other couple was being helped by another female associate. It wasn't busy. I instead decided to purchase the cuff earring online. I received better customer service at other designer stores, the is one of the worst."

"I came in looking for a very specific and special occasion shoes. My wedding is Saturday and I chose this location because I was also visiting La Perla. Joyce was the amazing sales associate, she made my experience absolutely delightful. She paid attention to detail and after showing her my wedding gown, she helped me select the perfect shoes! Sadly, her manager came out with such nasty attitude and treated me and my puppy very poorly. The manager was arrogant and insolent, I proceeded with the purchase because I was not going to crucify Joyce for some else’s poor behavior. I would give it a one star, but Joyce deserves better. The manager made my day a bit sad!"
