"Went to Vegas for vacation, while in town decided to go shop at tennis store for pair of shoes at game set match. Excellent service and bought a pair. After wearing the shoes for a few games they started to rip apart so email the company and they told me i had to go thrue the store that i bought the shoes. So i said to myself iam from Canada and really far this will be a long shot. Called the store and only good thing that came from those person ( Samantha and Conrad) when you say they do the extra miles … the store manager was able to get a new pair from the company and were able to ship it to me directly Talk about excellent service so i can assure you that i will be stopping by next time in the area Thanks guys"
