"Had good quality shoes and great sales on mediocre pairs of shoes the only problem I had in the store was one of the employees. I had a shoe in my hand from the sale rack and was looking for an employee to help out when out of nowhere a female employee grabbed the shoe from me and asked what size I needed, i proceeded to tell her only to have her hand me a box and walk away without any polite forms of interaction. I got the help I needed but it seemed as though the employee was not held to the customer satisfaction standards of being welcoming and polite to customers as many other places are."
