"I have been buying shoes from SFC for years. Recently I bought a pair, I wasn't able to pickup before they were stolen. We contacted SFC, they have a guaranteed satisfaction. They advised us that they were delivered, although the customer never received them. They cannot do anything. I will not be shopping with SFC anymore. I adviseyou to do the same too. Spend ur money local that way you can try them on and that money gets put back into your community. These corporations don't care about you or your hard earned money. SHAME ON U SFC. Roselly Zayas doesn't care about customers...save your money and shop somewhere else."
"The store is nice and neat and the staff is friendly but it was slow and they don't seem to keep a good stock on sizes in the store, I couldn't get an 81/2 wide in any style of construction shoe. Better to shop online. The quality of the shoes is excellent thought, I have enjoyed their shoes for years until they changed the style and I didn't care for how they looked but always comfortable and long lasting."
"I paid an extra $20 before the required time in order to receive my shoes by the next business day, and I did not receive them (shocking). I would like to say a lot more detailed verbiage about this enticing scam, but I know my review would not remain visible for others to benefit by learning to NOT USE “shoes for crews” unless you are perfectly fine spending the extra $20+ for next day delivery only to receive them days/weeks later. 2 thumbs up to the marketing team/scam artists of Shoes For Crews."
"Bought a pair of shoes off their website and they weren’t a matching pair. Emailed them about it all I got back was someone saying to return them and buy another pair and I’ll be charged a $7 restocking fee. 4th pair of shoes I’ve bought from them and will never buy from them again with their poor customer service."
"Clean store, great selection. I’ve been buying SFC online for years, so it was a real privilege to be able to shop in person. No restocking fees for merch bought in store, either; that was a pleasant surprise. Sebastian made a great recommendation on shoes; he was a complete professional and totally personable. I think I’m going to be very happy with my new work shoes!"
