She’s a bad manager that is needed either Get fired or remove her as a manager position. I had a witness with me , due from seeing her attacking us for no personal reason , hopefully her supervisor contacts me to make a report for that women to get fired , she doesn’t not Belong in that position treating customers really bad for no reason & I’ve believe that’s not the way she talks ."

"I was Visiting Las Vegas this weekend. I went to several stores to find a pair of tennis shoes. I called this store and they had my size. They took down my name and said they would hold them for me. I told them I would be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived I was told by Raymond, that they had sold the shoes. AND “it was all about money”. My issue is why would they take my information if they were not going to consider a travel time of 20 minutes? What is the policy for a hold?"

"I went in trying to exchange some shoes I recently purchased. I asked for sizes and they didn't have them so I asked the associate helping me if would be able to order them online. He said he would check for me and while checking another associate asked him if he was busy and he said no. So he started ringing a customer up. While I was standing there waiting, he turns to me and says the system wasn't allowing him to check and continued ringing the customer. I know exchanges/returns mess the sales up but, im a customer like every one else. Very rude and poor customer service."
