"Never judge a book by its cover and never judge a restaurant by its decor. This place looks great from the outside. So colorful and vibrant. It’s a shame the food tasted like it came from a high school cafeteria. I will say that I enjoyed the chips and salsa, and our waitress was excellent. Unfortunately, that’s the last positive thing l have to say. I had the fish tacos. It tasted like fish was left out in the Las Vegas desert, frozen, and then reheated. The rice had the consistency of saw dust and I didn’t even touch the beans based on its appearance. And the Mexican street corn actually tasted like it was rolling around a Mexican street and then covered in Kraft Parmesan cheese. Needless to say if you ever see me at this place again it will be a Mirage."

"Chips and salsa are good! The wife and I shared a plate of nachos together. Definitely enough to fill you up. They serve the meat in bigger chunks on the nachos but overall the nachos did taste good! The service from Diana R was great, she was always making sure we had chips and refills. Great service!"

"I like coming here (will go out of my way to check it out) to this spot as it has a nice ambience and the staff are always friendly. The food is typical Tex-Mex. Can't say it's anything special in terms of food or drinks but what makes this place for me is the overall ambience being that it's at the Luxor and you have all that infinite space above you. Plus the overall decor and colors (Red) work for me."

Now, let's talk about the food. It was absolutely delicious. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and the nachos appetizer was a perfect meal. But what truly stole the show was the Mirache band. They were beyond impressive, like really good, and added a fantastic vibe to the atmosphere. To top it off, the couple next to us seemed to be having a blast, which only added to the overall positive energy in the restaurant. What impressed me most was how the service remained on top of things throughout the evening, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our needs were met promptly. In all honesty, this was the best food experience of our entire trip to Vegas. Five stars all the way for Diablos Cantina!"
