"Came in and grabbed a Loungefly backpack off the shelf when an employee told me to put it back and they would get me a new one out of the back. As they were “grabbing” one out of the back another customer took the bag off of the shelf. Staff came back out and said they didnt have any extra. Proceeded to have me move aside while they rang up the other person who grabbed the bag after me. Shrugged their shoulders and didn’t try to right the situation. Loved shopping at boxlunch but after that altercation i have no desire to go back."
