"The ladies here were so wonderful and respectful. My fiancé came in because her dress we bought online was giving us trouble with zipping despite fitting wonderfully, we thought perhaps we needed to get it fixed and made an appointment here. They immediately got us in, were so kind and the tailor showed me and my fiancé how to get the dress to zip past the point it refused before! "I am not happy. I went dress shopping today and I went to Silhouette Bridal. I told the girls my budget and everything they gave me was over my budget. Which really should have been my first red flag. Not respectful of budget or boundaries. Long story short I kept asking for certain styles, kept getting pretty much the same thing. To be fair I am a size 14 bride and it was probably the only style they had in my size. I ended up feeling very pressured to buy a dress and finally settled on one. Unfortunately I paid in full for 1300 dollar dress. I sat down at our celebration lunch for finding the dress and immediately burst into tears because I hate it. It’s not my style and it really doesn’t fit my body properly. Went back less than 2 hours later to see if I could return the dress. Dress had never been touched. Bag has still never been opened. Sales girl made me feel like I was going to make her loose her job for asking for a refund. Said that because I left the property with the dress I could not get a refund. I am willing to pay a cleaning fee or do whatever needs to be done. Unfortunate that I have to write this review at all. If the owner could please call me my number is on file. Honestly ruined my dress shopping experience!"
