"Exceptional Service by Luis - A True Gem in Your Store! I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Luis during a recent visit to your store, and I felt compelled to share my gratitude. Frustrated after a futile attempt at another store, I stumbled upon your establishment with just 30 minutes until closing. Looking for my husband's Christmas gift, last minute of course. Luis, not only turned my evening around but went above and beyond to help me find the specific jacket I was desperately seeking for my husband's gift. Despite only one jacket left, Luis didn't hesitate and searched the back until he triumphantly emerged with the exact item I was hoping for. To my surprise the price was even better than what I had anticipated at the previous store. Luis's dedication and exceptional customer service left me beyond happy and immensely thankful. I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for Luis's outstanding efforts. His exemplary customer service has undoubtedly secured my loyalty as a customer, I will undoubtedly be a returning customer, eager to spend my money in your store. I believe it's crucial to recognize employees like Luis, whose efforts undoubtedly contribute to the positive reputation of your store. Thank you 1000x again Luis! My husband loved his jacket!"

"It would be nice if they actually answered their phones. I had forgotten about a purchase I made so I called the store to see if they still had it available for pickup before I made my way to the store and no answer despite calling numerous times within their business hours. Called the next day, same thing. Either they have no phones or no one answers the phones."

"I Simply called to ask a question about a sneaker raffle I was in it was 6:27 pm I asked the employee who answered when would I find out if I won or lost the raffle ? His response was if you didn’t get notified you won by now means you lost ? Even tho the app said enrolled with no answer his response was it will say you lost tomorrow. So than I ask him well hypothetically if I did win somehow how does picking up the sneakers work do I have all day to pick them up the next day ? I couldn’t believe he straight up lied to me and said yes you have all day to pick them up mind you I believed him had no reason not to. The app 15 mins later declares me a winner with a message saying you have 11am to 2pm to pickup the shoes. Now thinking about the conversation the employees belittling tone clearly lying to me makes reconsider going back to this location.. no reason for him to assume and clearly lie …"

"This store provides good merchandise but horrible customer service. They had one girl doing everything they had the manager welcoming the customers. But there was another girl who showed up later she was ignoring my party and when I would ask her for help she would go and tell the other girl to do it. we had to wait to get our shoes after 45 min i ended up not wanting the shoes because the girl I originally asked the shoes for wouldn't go and get them until the manager asked her personally."

"I placed an in-store order at the Towne Square location on Sunday 10/4 and was advised that my shoes would be available for pickup within 5-7 business days. The day the order was to arrive I called the store to confirm that they had arrived and was told it NEVER LEFT THE WAREHOUSE it was being shipped from. The manager said that the order would take another 7-10 days to arrive. I called on the second expected arrival date to make sure the order came in on their weekly shipment and the phones were busy. After several attempts they finally answered and yet again said the shoes were not there. Management had been less than accommodating and I feel they were not aggressive in handling the situation. They are VERY dismissive when I call to ask about my order and are not apologetic about the situation and only suggest coming down to the store and get a refund. I really wanted these limited edition shoes and from what I was told there were no more in their entire system in my size and cannot be found at any other shoe chain. I strongly recommend NOT ordering shoes from this location. The customer service is terrible and they are not trustworthy. I am a paying customer and expect better treatment and should have had a better shopping experience."
