"Not a lot of a range for what Ted Baker has on offer. Also service is bad, the two shop assistants looked us up and down as they did everyone who walked in which we thought was hilarious - you work in a shop, get a handle on yourselves."

"Don’t buy things here without trying. Make sure you make them steam the garments. Don’t buy for someone else. Items here maybe defective, poorly hemmed or finished but it doesn’t appear at first. When coming back with an item, it is pretty difficult to address as defective item with an hidden defect. This practice is simply illegal and it is not ok. When offering to exchange for another item, often they just don’t have the size."

"It might seem odd to be reviewing an outlet store at an outlet mall, but this place is well outside the average of service for any store. For one, they pick up the phone and get answers for customers, helping me to decide whether or not to make the trip in to try on an article. Moreover, there is a consistent crew of team members who are attentive, fun and are genuinely motivated by the Ted Baker brand."

"Wish the prices were better. Still over $100 for just a shirt, even with the additional 25% off. Can’t stack military & holiday sales: a real bummer. Better off to buy Ted Baker in the UK so the price markup isn’t so bad."

"When in Vegas, it’s worth it to check out the outlets! I am a huge Ted Baker fan so to find out that they even had an outlet was definitely worth stopping by for. Unlike most stores during the holiday, their sale was relatively modest. I wouldn’t consider Ted Baker to be particularly expensive but I also wasn’t looking to spend an exorbitant amount on things I really didn’t need. The selection was great. I ended up purchasing a sock collection set for a friend and a floral olive shirt for the boyfriend for just under $60. Sizing for TB is super odd in that they just have numbers and you have to ask an associate what the closest thing to a large is since it’s not that easy to guess based on looking at it. I gave this place 3 stars because the customer service wasn’t that great. I feel that in most designer stores the customer service is never particularly amazing but it felt relatively cold here and they were really only friendly at the register when they realized I was actually purchasing something. I do plan to return but hope that their service improves from here! If not, still worth visiting again because I love a good deal."
