"Very lousy customer service I went there yesterday to get a Chucky doll and I wanted to look at another one and the sales person blonde hair girl short blonde hair had an attitude with me when I ask for another one she said you have one in your hands why do you want another one my God I wanted to compare and see which one I like better is that simple enough I’ll never go back to the store and will not recommend anybody to the store this girl should be fired"

"Sarah, the manager, is very mean to employees and customers. Shipments of merchandise are never put away in a timely fashion. Boxes of merchandise and empty boxes litter the store and Sarah will snap at customers if they move the boxes out of the way. She also doesn’t allow employees to fix merchandise on the floor until the end of the day even if the store looks trashed and items are in the wrong place. Overall a bad look for the company and I hope she gets fired asap because she makes every visit not enjoyable."

"All the associates are friendly and helpful. The manager, Sarah, is absolutely unprofessional in the way she presents herself as well as the company. She gives customers and employees attitude, passes customers who need help off to associates because she doesn’t want to deal with them, and she has even accused the child of a purchasing customer of stealing pins when the child was only looking through them. Spencer’s needs to find a new manager because she’s giving this location as well as the company a very bad image and reputation!!"

"Not like it used to be. There is more adult novelty item. Too many items in store to enjoy not overstepping other shoppers. Staff did not pay attention to what was going on in store at all. Very dark and grunge."
