"Most of the cashiers that have been there a while have not been great for their business. But I will focus on the main positive part and that's Rick in the pharmacy. I hadn't gone into that Walgreens and maybe 3 years and Rick acknowledge me my name the moment he saw me and that is not something you see a lot. I can't go there anymore just because of their hours and apparently they're closed now so wherever he is I really hope to go to that"

"Understaffed and are not trained on how to handle diverse groups of people.That being said, they do have a lot of customer drama to deal with. Store is clean and very organized with a good selection of merchandise. Security is a bit hype and quick to react, so I suggest staying clear and get in, get out. Management and Supervisors are very friendly and go out of their way to help customers. I recommend shopping here but avoid any drama while there."

"Rick Hasher is the best Pharmacist ever. He is very popular.....even more POOPULaR that Lucille Ball who likes to POP OUT AT PARTIES.....many of the old cats (grannies and me) love him and refer to him as Dr. Rick. He is the best and should get nine billion gold stars and all my friends in my head say.....YES....to Rick! THE NEXT CEO or Walgreens as long as he stays at the downtown St. Paul location. He can even wear a pretty crown of roses!!!!!"

"I got a text update about my script being out. So I called them and explained without my medication I get really sick so I was trying to figure something else out. And she got mad because she kept saying her computers were down and was super unprofessional and didn’t take into consideration what I was saying. Like I need my medicine and you’re out but you can’t help me and I can’t wait for a refill otherwise I’ll barely be able to get out of bed to go pick it up! Super disrespectful and no regards for the people who come to the pharmacy as guests!"
