"Bad customer service, I spent 25 minutes shopping in here and not once did anyone greet me or ask did I need help. They pick and choose who they want to speak to I see. I came in with my little see through Ross bag and one of the workers stopped to let me know about the sells and i feel like she only stop to tell me that to see if I was stealing. Because the whole time she was talking to me, she was looking in my bag to see what I had in there. Pathetic."

"It was my 3rd time came to this location due to I was do other shopping in the area and my very first time had really bad customer service. Too bad I can’t remember the girl’s name who was in the cashier. I got gift card from friend and want purchase some candle and want to know how much the gift card balance so I ask for help to check. And she was so rude and full of attitude and just left me blank in front of cashier with 3 candle in my hand and go for other customer. I am former retail worker and if you hate your job just quit, do not bring your sour personality to work and to customer. You never know who’s your customer are. Finally I grabbed one more candle and Brooke was really friendly helped with my purchase."
