I was given 5.5 only on one pair and told me they run big, dropped off the shoe on the bench and walked off. Went to the next guest where he was chatting for a while. ..... we felt like we were an inconvenience to his work time. This is not even worth a star"

"This place needs to re-train their employees! Piss-poor customer service to say the least! We walked in, didn’t get acknowledged for at least 10 mins. And it wasn’t even busy. They’re just standing around talking to each other. They even see us trying to reach up and grab a shirt... looked at us and then looked away! Didn’t offer to help get the shirt down! Even the girl who finally helped us get a shoe size.. she just didn’t seem interested.. it’s just really bad guys! You have to do better!"

"On Black Friday I when to the champs store! I de decided to purchase some shoes. The shoes that were brought over to me try out I notice they had a few scratches and from the inside the Nike letters were starting to fade out! This shoes are $150 dollars and someone had already use them and had return them back to the store! I told the person that was helping me out! This tennis shoes have been worn by someone else! His answer to me was I don't know I just got them out from the back! Anyways next time your in CHAMPS in downtown SUMMERLIN and your going to buy some tennis shoes make sure you inspect them before buying them and make sure their not use!!! Bad customer SERCVICE!!!"
