"They do good quality work but they are incredibly overpriced. They sort of have the Monopoly on varsity jackets in Reno so they can charge $300 or more for something they probably bought for $30. I even took my own jacket in to compare it against their quality and mine was a much higher quality jacket I was looking to buy more I will not be back."

"I took in a pair of pants to be hemmed on 5/23. I was advised they'd be ready that Thursday. I didn't go in till the following Tuesday 5/30 was advised they weren't ready, but they would be that Thursday for sure. Do to work unabe to go in till 6/6. They were ready, but I thought $10(i was as advised would be $6) was a bit much & said so. Nothing was done to accommodate me. They just ignored me & gave me the price to pay. I'll never be back..."
