"The worst transaction I've ever experienced. I paid $45 for a custom hat with a digital print I could use anytime I wanted for more merchandise. I was told it would take about a week and I would get a proof to make sure it's what I wanted. Not only did I never get a proof or the digital copy, I never got my hat! I was told by the store manager that they would send my hat since I was no longer in the area. Now, almost 2 months later and I still have no hat. They take your money and give nothing in return. Now I'm told I have to email my info to have it shipped and come pick up the digital print. Really?? It's digital!! Just send an email!! And she wont even write down my address to send it?!? Also wont give me a refund. This is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced."

"it's Christmas Eve at 11:30 a.m. online the store says it opens at 10:00 a.m. upon arrival there is a sign on the door that says the store will open at 11:00 a.m. I waited outside in the cold for half an hour before calling the Reno store and asking what the situation was. I was informed that if there's a sign on the door that says 11:00 a.m. and they're not open yet that they probably will not open till about 3:00 or 4:00 if they open it all. not really happy about this not the way to run a business."
