"Honestly, I've been a customer for many of pairs of shoes over the years in the past but it seems just as of the last few years, there service has gone from top scale, to employees just trying to make a quick sale, to employees turning me away with 10 min left before the listed closing time. I Assume it's so i wouldn't enter the store and potentially make them work after the hour marking it closed(6:50p). I'm a quick buyer and had every mind to buy a pair if not 3-4 knowing that they are a premier retailer. But on this specific occasion, I couldn't even so much as grab the handle on the door to go in before being turned around by the gentleman sitting outside the entrance(who seemed to have an attitude) 10 min Before 7pm. Love the store, but it's workers are slowly starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth."

"Waited outside 4+ hours for a shoe. I understand that you should expect to wait some time when a shoe drops, but 4 hours was just outrageous for the amount of people there. They really need to find a more efficient way of getting customers out the door. Plus the cashier was texting while ringing people up."
