"I would give 0 stars . Horrible customer service from beginning to end . No assistance what so ever and whispering about us as if we can't hear them ..instead of actually assisting and doing their job there were 3 girls and one guy standing there staring and snickering. Very immature employees / management. All I needed was good shoes for work , will definitely never come back after this. Felt so uncomfortable that we decided to go elsewhere . "I came in here about 20 minutes before closing (awful I know) frantically looking for boots that I knew nothing about. Jonathan very quickly came to my assistance and patiently explained to me what I needed and why. He was very passionate about what he knew and was a huge help! He even looked at the shape of my feet and got me shoe inserts that he knew would save me from pain. I stand for 10+ hours a day on these inserts and I don’t feel a thing! This is my favorite work shoe store now. Thank you Jonathan"
