"Service was ok. I went during a slow time, so I think the servers were feeling lackadaisical. There was so much staff but nobody eating there, so they were busy doing nothing. I do like the ambiance. It's a cool vibe. Low lighting provides a relaxing atmosphere. Being that nobody was seated, I did wonder why it took so long for the food to come. I only ordered crab cakes and a tuna steak tartar. I did notice that the food didn't taste fresh. The crab cakes were barely warm and had a little stale taste. Like I said, it wasn't busy, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't be more warm. They also could have been a little more moist. The tuna was also so firm. Almost like it was stale. I typically like it a little softer. I should be able to cut through the tuna with the side of my fork, but it actually needed a knife. Also, the crab cakes were pretty small balls. I wouldn't call them cakes. Both were just OK. Nothing really spectacular. The price didn't really match the quality, which is why I give a lower rating. Earlier, I asked if I needed a reservation, and the hostess told me yes. One, I was by myself, and there's seating at the bar. And two, literally no one was there. Weekend night, and they were dead. Casino was busy, but nobody was going to this place. I really wanted to like this place, but it just didn't do it for me."
"I don’t typically write reviews, but this was an unforgettable experience! First of all, the staff was exceptional! The serving staff, Amanda, anticipated everything we needed. Chef Jose came out to say hi! The food was perfection and beautiful as well❤️ The wagyu was the best I’ve ever had, the raw oysters were fresh and delicious with a sweet sauce that was amazing (and I don't like oysters) lobster spaghetti had 2 lobsters! They put wagyu and shrimp on toast to die for. The two of us could not finish the verrry chocolate cake and the caviar potato pancake was amazing!"
"The caviar bar has wonderful service and tasty caviar. I initially came for the Dover sole because I was told how good it was, but they ran out so I got the Seabass instead. It was delightful. I also had the king crab butter lettuce wraps and those were good too. I would recommend coming here for sure."
"My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at the Caviar Bar and found out that it is a lot more than just a bar. Yes, the place is seafood oriented, but one can also find on the menu seared foie gras and wagyu beef on live mushrooms – exotic items typical for high-end restaurants. The wine list contained a selection of carefully picked brands and vintages from around the world. The quality and presentation of the food showed the chef’s true virtuosity. The friendly waitress and knowledgeable sommelier made the whole experience outstanding. They brought us samples of extra appetizers “from the chef” and to top it off at the end we received anniversary cake as a surprise. We also liked the way tables were situated outside the bar, like a bistro, so can enjoyed the view of the “District.” I highly recommend this place for a small or midsize party."
