"I went in there looking for a specific pair of shoes and the sales people gave me incorrect information about a certain style. They said it was no longer being made in the color I wanted and when I went home, I found it myself on their website! You need to train your staff on what u have and what is also available online since the stores seem to have a VERY limited inventory these days inside the stores themselves."

"I usually have a pretty decent visit whenever I shop here but this last time was a nightmare that won’t soon be forgotten. Out of all the ferragamo stores I’ve been too this one was by far the worst. Nothing in the store that I wanted from the “new collection” was in my size. After the sales rep badgered me about ordering and having it shipped, I finally agreed. I’m from Houston, she insured me it would be the next day for my package to arrive. That was a complete lie. It’s now been 8 days and I haven’t so much as gotten a tracking number for my package. When I inquire about receiving one via text from the number the rep gave me to contact her, she is undeniably rude. She also sent me to another store while I was out there for a specific shirt and the shirt that she “called ahead about” was the WRONG shirt and NOT in my size! Dude, seriously. On top of it all I was told the shirt that I paid for in the store that she had shipped was also the WRONG SIZE and had to be sent back and re-shipped. Unbelievable. It’s almost like she was so focused on making a sale that she forgot the importance of what was being sold. Would never recommend this store to anyone who enjoys the ferragamo brand. This store will definitely piss you off"

"My wife and I spent at least an hour trying on multiple items and the staff was beyond friendly. Easily one of our best shopping experiences. We left with some great goods and felt like we made some good friends too. Can't wait to go back!"
